Biblical AI Account and Data Deletion

Biblical AI offers an optional cloud sync account for the mobile app. This account is used only to back up and sync Bible notes, chat history, and journey progress across signed-in devices.

Delete your cloud sync account in the app

1. Open the Biblical AI mobile app.
2. Open Settings.
3. In Cloud sync, make sure you are signed in.
4. Tap Delete cloud sync account.
5. Confirm the deletion.

This deletes your Biblical AI cloud sync account, email address, server sessions, sign-in challenges, and the synced cloud copy of your Bible notes, chat history, and journey progress.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, email us at info@softvr.sk from the email address used for Biblical AI cloud sync and ask us to delete your Biblical AI cloud sync account.

What is deleted

• Your cloud sync email address.
• Your Biblical AI cloud sync account record.
• Your server sessions and sign-in challenges.
• Your synced cloud copy of Bible notes, chat history, and journey progress.

What may remain

• Data already stored locally on your own device remains on that device until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app.
• Messages, forms, or emails you separately sent to Biblical AI outside cloud sync are handled according to our Privacy Policy.
• Limited technical logs or records may be kept temporarily where needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service diagnostics.

Retention period

In-app cloud sync account deletion is processed immediately. Email deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days after we can verify the request. Temporary logs or backups, if any, may take up to 90 days to expire from our systems.
